While we endeavour to ensure that all listing information is accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or currency of any listing. Prices, availability, and property details are subject to change without notice.

Property 021 acts as a facilitator between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. We do not represent either party in a transaction unless a separate mandate agreement has been entered into. All transactions are subject to the applicable laws of South Africa, including the Property Practitioners Act 22 of 2019.

4. User Registration and Accounts

Some features of this Site, such as saving property searches and receiving property alerts, require you to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Property Alerts and Notifications

Registered users may opt in to receive property alert emails based on saved search criteria. By enabling property alerts, you consent to receiving email notifications from Property 021 when new listings matching your criteria become available. You may unsubscribe from these alerts at any time via your account dashboard or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any alert email.

6. Enquiries and Contact Forms

When you submit an enquiry via a property listing or our contact form, your details will be shared with the relevant property agent or our team to respond to your query. You consent to being contacted by email or telephone in response to your enquiry. We do not sell your contact details to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, property photographs, floor plans, and design elements, is the property of Property 021 or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written permission.

Property photographs submitted by agents or landlords remain the property of the submitting party. By submitting images to this Site, you grant Property 021 a non-exclusive licence to display those images in connection with the relevant listing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Property 021 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, reliance on any listing information, or any transaction entered into as a result of using this platform.

We do not warrant that the Site will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Site is provided on an “as is” basis.
